Tulsi, is also known as holy basil. Tulsi is a chemotype of basil that’s rich in a natural chemical constituent called eugenol. It gives tulsi oil a clove, sweet, spicy aroma. Tulsi is considered an adaptogen, and can respond to what the body needs, and can be either energizing or relaxing.
