I find these gummies helpful with getting a good nights rest. I don't have an issue with any type of hangover while affording a good nights sleep. I don't live in Vermont so I have done mail-order which has been very efficient. I love AroMed!!

I love these!

These taste great to me and have the right amount of sweetness and gummy texture. I like bitter flavors so I don’t notice any bitterness. Bottom line, just one is enough to get me feeling drowsy and relaxed for sleep!
