Description

Eucalyptus radiata, also known as narrow leaf peppermint, has similar therapeutic qualities as eucalyptus globulus, and has a clearing, fresh, camphor aroma, but chemically they are different. This radiata variety is better suited for elderly or those more frail via inhalation, or in a 1% dilution (5-6 drops per 1 ounce of carrier) in a topical application.  AroMed’s certified organic Eucalyptus radiata oil is steam distilled from the narrow leaves of the eucalyptus trees in South Africa.

Caution:
Do not use eucalyptus on or near the faces of infants or children under the age of 10. The 1,8 cineole in the oil can be irritating to those prone to dermatitis Skin sensitization possible if using old and/or oxidized oils. Essential Oils are typically used externally through inhalation and topical application while properly diluted. Do not take internally unless working with a qualified aromatherapy practitioner to address a specific health need, for a specified amount of time. Keep away from children and pets.
