Description
Commonly used to reduce stress. Balancing to an over worked mind, and grounding when feeling spacy. It has skin nurturing qualities and is regenerative, soothing and cooling. Patchouli can suppress appetite, so if you struggle with overeating, it can be helpful inhaled between meals. The distinct woody, spicy aroma make is very popular in body care products, like perfumes and massage oils. A great addition to bug sprays, too. Our patchouli is certified organic, with the plants grown and distilled in India.
