Bergamot – the fruity, uplifting aroma of bergamot is a hit with children and adults alike, and is widely used for stress reduction.

Lavender – calming, familiar and soothing.

Orange – orange has the ability to calm and uplift at the same time, increasing feelings of well being.

Cedarwood – it useful for tension in children. It grounds the blend beautifully, giving it just a hint of woody aroma.

Petitgrain – the distilled leaves of the orange tree, petitgrain has a stabilizing effect. It is uplifting with a fresh, green, floral aroma.
