Third Eye Chakra Gemaroma
Organic Essential Oils of –
- Rosemary ct verbenone – Rosemary has long been regarded as the oil of higher thought, memory and clarity, bringing love, justice and light. The verbenone aroma is fresh, woody and herbaceous…gorgeous.
- Sweet Marjoram – Marjoram can calm obsessive thinking while nurturing feelings of self worth. It also strengthens and relaxes.
- Lemon – Lemon is uplifting and can overcome mental fatigue. Worwood says that the “fragrance of lemon enables our meditations to be deeper and describes the oil as spiritually cleansing.”
The chosen essential oils are infused in the gemstones of:
Sodalite – aligned to the third eye chakra, sodalite aids understanding and “conjoins mental acuity and psychic ability for wider awareness.”
Clear Quartz – According to Simmons, three of clear quartz’s ” key properties are energy amplification, programmability and memory” and can therefore increase the energy of other stones.
The infused essential oils are blended in golden, organic jojoba oil.
Suggestion – Prior to application, hold the blend in your hand and repeat the following affirmation, or create one that speaks to you!
Third Eye Chakra Affirmation – I expand my awareness with clear vision.
Roll gemaroma blend to pulse points and small amount directly under your nose. Inhale deeply. To support your third eye chakra, gently apply small amount on the middle of your forehead, above your eyebrows. Enjoy the enlightening aroma.
