Oregano is a powerful germ buster, effective against many bacteria, viruses and fungal invaders that can negatively impact health. There is evidence to suggest oregano has strong antioxidant benefits. It is considered an immune stimulant, and particularly useful when addressing respiratory system infections, like colds, flu, whooping cough and bronchitis. Can be useful when addressing digestive disruptions, like indigestion and diarrhea. Oregano can be added to blends for chronic rheumatic discomfort.
