Tea Tree is widely used for bacterial, viral or fungal infections, as it supports and enhances the immune system. Useful when used for respiratory infections, like sinusitis, coughs, bronchitis and asthma. It is a powerful antimicrobial and antiseptic oil, and I use it cleaning products and hand sanitizers. An effective, multi- purpose skin care oil. When addressing fungal infections like athletes foot, combine with other antifungal oils like Geranium and Palmarosa, using aloe vera gel as a base. Can be used for oily conditions like acne, cold sores, insect bites, warts and dandruff.
